turns out backporting this tplink driver from win7 to xp was completely pointless. all I had to do was to install the same realtek driver that's installed on windows 10 and get the wifi adapter to consistently work correctly 100% of the time. fuck tplink 01:17 PM May 28th
this might be my most impressive day of the year so far. I pulled a successful prank on my friend by calling them at 3 in the morning, spent 11 hours doing my physics exam to submit it in time & all of this mess happened on 25/5/25. what a triumph is that 10:42 PM May 25th
